hmmm megan but what is it now do we recruit or not cozz i tell everybody we dont recruit anymore i read that here on the forum but i see alot still joining ph ..... and another question how does it become that alot are s admin so fast.... there are peeps who are here not even a year and they are admin s/a/b tought you had to do your best to become admin i play here since 2007 and im still s admin but other guys are s admin to and not playing a year
only its disrespecting for other amins who are here a long time there's niot any difrence anymore and being admin gives you a status so players members caa see you are respected and play long time but now u cant see that anymore coz everybbody is admin here ........

Yes recruiting open again, its on the welcomescreen to.
About the a/sadmins, its be long time som-one get a sadminstatus, and those who have it very quick are the oldschoolplayers like demolition, paoletta they were here from the beginning when server has 8 slots max (homeserver) and they had already sadmin then.

For the girls like diva kitty burl......always had a soft spot for the same sex

i dont have any problem too its cool if he joins no problemo but i do think there need to be some rules or something like player says burle is S admin in a month and player stil a admin while he playes a year im stil s admin i play since 2007 i dont think its a problem but there are more members who sayed this to me but ok discussion closed then the time u spend here doesnt say anything play a week and ur s admin fine by me then

but i have to say its megs decision and you are not the only one who plays since 2007 and only has sadmin ^^ with ghostdog its the same and many others i think too.

Wow. sorry but i had no idea that me being sadmin would cause resentment,the last thing i want is for any bad feelings here, or just scars being opened.

I was really proud to be a part of PH in anyway,as a clan member, as admin,as anything.

I do understand what everyone is saying but i also think that i will do the best job i can for our clan,and i know(or hope) that non of this is personal about my character, more about the time i have been here.

again just to stress - I only want what is best for PH,As we all do ;D

Noooo Sonja it was because ghostdog was sadmin here for long time, same as for Sandra/MissKitkat, and you all are worth to be Sadmins. ;D, exeption is PH lorena

And thing like happend with ph mher, than i must control myself to give him not Badmin because the thing with buster, with badmin he can mute buster
And about the soft spot i use tranlator and maybe its the wrong thing to write
What i mean is, i have a weaknes for the same sexe, kind of power to the womens

About who and when admin/sadmin/sysops.
I wish there were more ranks as sysop than all move 1 place further.
Maybe in the past i must start with /rcon add refery, thats the lowest rank
To be honest, admins S or B have all the same powers, its only the status to have higher
And in rpmpro 4.00 the sysops are useless, they have same powers as sadmin, only no sys tag, and if sadmins like, i can remove the Sadmin/Admin tags to so no-one notist there is a admin ingame

but what is the difrence then when being sysop in rpmpro 3.2 or 4.00 coz i thought sysop had alot more options then s admin i can remember that i was in a game with you meg and you gave me sysop power and then we where flying with /noclip u showed me some cool spots in that map that day .....

refery is the lowest player and most new mods like rpmpro 701 (still beta ) and ALL the gold mods has no sysops anymore
