In this way, on April 19 and 20, 2023, at the facilities of the Grupo Restaurantero Gigante ® Commissariat , located in the Azcapotzalco Mayor's Office in CDMX, professionals from different professional areas met to contribute to the training of students. guests, as well as demonstrate by example that social and environmental entrepreneurship is possible in Mexico.

During the first day of this event, students met to learn about success stories in social and environmental entrepreneurship as well as techniques to become the leaders of tomorrow. And, these learnings would also become specific preparation to develop the next day's activities.

GourPet. Friendly dishes , with the aim of reducing food waste in restaurants and developing healthy foods for pets.
Taritas. A sustainable crop for a healthier world , which seeks to promote sustainable agriculture, the development of rural communities and offer a nutritious snack option.
Bamdua. Cultivating sustainability , which proposes a transformation in the production of utensils made of bamboo to strengthen the rural economy.
