Italy. – Health Supply US identifies sources and delivers medical and safety supplies to frontline workers and those who need them most. HSUS has invested millions of dollars in infrastructure, machinery, equipment, technology and people to achieve its objectives, such as the V-Shapes Alpha single-dose bags.
One of Health Supply US's (HSUS) most recent investments is the purchase of two V-Shapes Alpha single-dose packaging production machines and a V-Shapes VS dflex nearline digital printing solution. According to managing partner César García, “Our original plan was to outsource the manufacturing of single-dose hand sanitizer sachets that we could distribute at events and for other uses.
“However, it became clear that it made more sense to install the equipment Industry Email List at our North Carolina plant. And once we installed our first Alpha and considered purchasing the second, it also became clear that we could easily print on site with the VS dflex printer without having to outsource the printing,” García continues.
V-Shapes Alpha is a highly automated packaging machine for the filling, sealing and die-cutting of single-dose sachets in sizes ranging from 40mm x 50mm to 85mm x 100mm. Brands can choose from multiple printing options, from simple monochrome coding to high-quality full-color printing on the top or bottom of the pouch to promote brand image.
V-Shapes pouches can hold almost any liquid or semi-solid product, and can be opened with just one hand. V-Shapes constitute a more convenient and hygienic way to distribute products and samples in multiple industries, from health to cosmetics and food, in a highly automated manner and with a compact size.
The V-Shapes VS dflex nearline roll-to-roll printer with Memjet DuraFlex inkjet printing technology makes it easy to print flexible packaging, eliminating the need to outsource printing or block other printing equipment in the plant, especially for short runs of sachets personalized.
