Ok here are some basic instructions on how i would like to see people playing CTF maps.
Your first objective is to get the opposing teams flag, If a member of your team has the flag already escort them back to your base.
If you have not got the flag and a member of your team has but your flag is gone then you should be trying to get your flag back.
You should not be camping the opposing teams spawn points, the only time you should be in the opposing teams spawn point is on the way to get the flag or recover your own.
Only the flag carrier may camp do not stay behind to protect your flag or flag carrier. By all means go past your flag on the way to the opposing teams base and clear any enemies on the way but dont camp your flag.
If anyone has any input they would like to add then post below but these are the basic rules i judge people by when playing CTF.

By all means go past your flag on the way to the opposing teams base and clear any enemies on the way but dont camp your flag. i think there should be a anti-flagcamp rule. there are people flagcamping behind the spawnpoint in a doorcorner etc.. i dont want to wait untill they get bombed out only because im the enemy flagcarrier so i run in and get killed often. but after losing 3 capturepoints the game gets boring the most time. so why not punish flagcamping like normal camping?

I think that was the point i was making ulcer, flag camping will be punished just the same from now on. The only person allowed to camp is the flag carrier if there hiding somewhere waiting for there flag to be returned so they can go score. Any other players will be punished.

i meant the flagcarrier. i think they must not camp, too so there would be a instant fight which decides the point. the most flagcarriers camp behind the spawnpoints, which results in spawnkilling. but i see this rule wouldnt fit for everyone...so the current rules should be ok.
